Browser Hijack, go.padsel etc.

Hi,
As described above I've picked up malware from a dodgy torrent. I've followed steps above and removed a lot with each subsequent tool but some pop up ads still won't die! Any assistance would be appreciated for a clean browser (chrome) again. Thank you

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I have done this after reading one of the threads but only as a straight remove/install without removing any files as I wasn't sure what to get rid of. Problem still occurred though

Uninstall Chrome

Export your bookmarks
Import or export bookmarks - Chrome Help


Close all Chrome windows and tabs.
Go to the Start menu > Control Panel.
Click Programs and Features.
Double-click Google Chrome.
Click Uninstall from the confirmation dialog. Delete your user profile information, like your browser preferences, bookmarks, and history, select the "Also delete your browsing data" checkbox.


Click Start, copy in search %LOCALAPPDATA%\ and remove folder Google
