Version 10 launched in October 2010 and saw a revolution in our antivirus module: we introduced Behavioural Detection which has put us right at the front of the security industry with catch rates that are far superior to anything else available. For version 12 we're improving our user interface, and introducing new features:

Parental Controll which protects your children from inappropriate content and dubious sites, limit their time on the Internet, monitor their online behaviour and help them keep their personal details to themselves.

PC Tune up which scans your computer and detects issues which is causing it to slow down. It then fixes those issues in one click. BullGuard PC Tune Up is a continuous automated service check of your computer to make it faster, more reliable and more efficient.

Naturally, we have also improved our general performance – both the Firewall and the Spamfilter have had an overhaul and the usability is forever being tweaked and tuned.

Of course we'll provide you with more information on the new release and testing practices later.
Please take your time to fill in the application below.

After sign-up, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail, and in a few weeks you will receive an e-mail telling you whether your application has been accepted.
More information about the application and subscription will follow in the start-up e-mail. The beta test is expected to start mid-summer and go on for 2-3 months.

What happened to version 11?
With tuneup and such they might finally match their price tag.

RE: BullGuard IS 12 Beta Testing Sign-up

BitDefender AV engine and Outpost Firewall is what made me look at BullGuard couple of years ago. BullGuard didn't have serious compatibility issues and was very light on resources. Using an in-house behaviour blocker of sorts, although I haven't seen much from it and sometimes wonder if it's working at all, but they did really well at a recent banking security test by MRG and were the only security suite [of the included in the test] that managed to pass both on x32 and x64 [other specialised applications like ZAL and PSOL also performed well].

I signed for the beta back in June, but haven't heard anything since...

RE: BullGuard IS 12 Beta Testing Sign-up

I have already got a beta tester account with Bullguard but when I try to login it does not let me. "User not found."
Clicking Recover my password and entering the email I signed up with says "No tester found.". :(

RE: BullGuard IS 12 Beta Testing Sign-up

Hmm, I logged in, but all I get on the BETA summary page is:

There are new beta campaigns available. Take your pick:
BullGuard <Product Name> link - clicking on it says it's almost ready to test and has more sign-up questions.
Internet Security 12 isn't on the list.

I checked the email I received way back, it says that after reviewing my application they'll contact me with details on what happens next and when. No new emails since, suppose I didn't make the cut.

RE: BullGuard IS 12 Beta Testing Sign-up

Hey guys,

The beta testing will start soon, very soon. You will receive an e-mail with download links after we will wrap up the current alpha phase and release the first v12 beta build.

Have patience. You'll not regret ;-).

RE: BullGuard IS 12 Beta Testing Sign-up

Thank you for your post, amvlad.
It's always good to hear news like this from a "well placed source" :)
I know I shouldn't be asking this yet, but I can't help myself - are you using BD's 2012 core engine and Agnitum's 7.5.x Firewall? Any developments on the Behavioral Detection component?
