Found this program on my PC after searching the Task Manager. I don't remember installing it but nonetheless found it.
What is it?

Is a legit program, but tends to get installed with other programs as PUP.

Using the software pushed together with other malware is not something I recommend.

It is being pushed by InstallCore Adware, you can see Avast, Opera, Yahoo offered too.
