Nope, Kaspersky Anti-Ransomware is based on Kaspersky system watcher which is already built-into KIS .

in a sense you're already using it, it's the System watcher in KIS, and KSN.

If you already have the full Kaspersky product installed I don't believe that you can even install the anti-ransomware tool, and vice-versa.
