Can not locate infection

I saw this thread (Solved) - Infection undetected by malware anti-virus anti-rootkit software and the problem is very similar and was solved, so I thought this would be the best place to get help.

Also my laptop is used very frequently and has been shared through out the years. So I if there is any Piracy problems you see please point them out and I will try to remove them.
