I keep changing the password to one of my Bitdefender Gravityzone accounts and it keeps saying theres suspicious logins literally minutes after, from IP's that arent me. I dont know if this is me or if theres someone else somehow hacking in within a minute on my PC thats been verified to be clean, but is there a way to delete the account? I'm not using it anyways.

I'm sorry to hear about the suspicious logins on your Bitdefender Gravityzone account. It's important to take immediate action to secure your account and prevent any further unauthorized access. While I cannot directly delete your account, I can guide you through the steps to ensure your account is secure.

1. Change your password: Start by changing your password again, ensuring that you use a strong and unique combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using easily guessable information such as your name or birthdate.

2. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA): Enable 2FA for your Bitdefender Gravityzone account if it's available. This adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second verification step, usually through a code sent to your mobile device.

3. Review connected devices: Check the list of devices that have access to your Bitdefender Gravityzone account. If you see any unfamiliar devices, remove them immediately.

4. Check for malware or keyloggers: Run a thorough scan on your PC using a reliable antivirus software, such as Bitdefender itself or any other reputable security solution. This will help detect and remove any potential malware or keyloggers that might be compromising your account.

5. Contact Bitdefender support: Reach out to Bitdefender support directly for further assistance. They will be able to investigate the suspicious logins and provide guidance on securing your account.

Remember to practice good security habits, such as regularly updating your software, avoiding suspicious links or downloads, and being cautious with sharing personal information online.

2FA is enabled and I have changed my passwords multiple times. One time I changed my password and within a minute there was a login from a IP that isnt me - im not sure if its bugged or something because that seems unrealistic.

I apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with your Bitdefender Gravityzone account. If you have already enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) and changed your password multiple times, it is concerning that you are still seeing suspicious logins from unfamiliar IP addresses.

In this case, it's important to take additional steps to secure your account:

1. Contact Bitdefender support: Reach out to Bitdefender support directly and provide them with details about the suspicious logins and the IP addresses involved. They will be able to investigate the issue and provide you with further guidance on securing your account.

2. Check for malware or keyloggers: Run a thorough scan on your PC using a reliable antivirus software, such as Bitdefender itself or any other reputable security solution. This will help detect and remove any potential malware or keyloggers that might be compromising your account.

3. Update your security software: Ensure that you have the latest version of Bitdefender Gravityzone installed on your PC. Keeping your security software up to date is crucial in protecting against new threats and vulnerabilities.

4. Monitor your account activity: Regularly review the activity logs or notifications provided by Bitdefender Gravityzone. This will help you identify any suspicious activities or unauthorized access attempts.

5. Consider additional security measures: If the issue persists, you may want to consider using a virtual private network (VPN) to encrypt your internet connection and protect your online activities. Additionally, you can enable a firewall to block unauthorized access to your PC.

Remember, it's important to remain vigilant and take immediate action to address any potential security concerns.

Use Microsoft Authenticator on your smartphone to show you a code to verify you haven't been hacked. Don't trust your browser in a public or work environment. Nuff said.

Revoke permissions.

Under Login Security, check two-factor authentication and the status of the policies available to secure your GravityZone account. Company-wide set policies are read-only.

In this section, you can also revoke the browsers that had been trusted when selecting the Trust this browseroption on the GravityZone login screen:
  • Revoke all browsers - click this option to revoke the trust for all browsers on all computers used for logging in to GravityZone. That means any attempt to log in to GravityZone on those devices will require the six-digit code again.
  • Revoke current browser - click this option to revoke the trust for the browser you are currently using to navigate through Control Center. This option is useful when, for example, you use a computer only once and you selected Trust this browser, but you want that any subsequent attempt to connect to GravityZone results in requiring the six-digit code again.
