Cannot install extension from Chrome webstore

Today I am getting error installing any extension from webstore

Chrome 64 Bits

I tried clear browsing history, whats Chrome database?

Try using speedyfox to clear out older db entries. Chrome db contains info about plugins, your startup page and things like that.

speedyfox, ccleaner, reset chrome, create new profile didn't solved the prob.

Dont know what was the prob?

I had tried couple programs & reverted to clean snapshot with AX64 V2. I was having the mentioned extension prob. So I again reverted to same clean snapshot & prob is solved now i.e no mentioned extension prob.
