Firstly I'm new, not up on geek speak so pls bear with me as I detail problem - which has not gotten any answer from Microsoft, HP, and other forums yet, so over to you guys. this may be bit long but trying to give proper understanding of quirkiness of problem.
If u ask me q's about my laptop - you may have to advise how I find it out
My laptop is HP G62 on Windows 7 - its 64 bit? use IE am on bt broadband I have office 2010 inc word and excel
I use laptop 3 locations home, work, Library.
Home printer is usb wired hp deskjet f2280
work is usb wired hp J1050 and Ethernet wired to hub laserjet 2200- this info is needed to understand what I 'see' on screen
Library - is a charity and I am founder member, spend half my week working in this community project -heres the problem on printing- we have a Konica bizhub c224e printer copier cost several £000's, this is on a wireless network - bt business hub.
Ok if I have a word doc to print - no probs - when print selected I see all previously listed printers available where on or offline, including the Konica - press print it wirelessly goes to bthub then wireless to Konica and prints perfect neve any problem but - and it is different what I see, if I have a pdf, select print, I only 'see' on screen options to use my home usb wired printer or work usb wired printer - plus one note, no Konica,
If its excel document - I get offered all printers, so the Konica is listed, but if I select it the minute I press it goes back to show my home f2280
confused .com!!!!
Do I have a bug
I tried yesterday connecting an Ethernet cable from my laptop and plugging into the bt hub - no difference - don't know if there should have been it was what a local friend said should try?
I am at wits end - hoping you can help, only at weekend updated free malwarebyte and ran a full scan, also used cc cleaner, nothing has changed
I accepted adobe update a whlle ago, but this problem has been a while now
even County Council Library's IT providers 'no idea'
help?[/align]

Having a similar problems, where printing PDF were all garbled to a HP Printer. I can't remember how I solved the issue. Except, our printer was wired to the router (Ethernet).

Have you tried any of these solutions:

http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/quick-fix-print-pdf-image.html
