Don't be panic by this type of news and experimental tests. If they want, they can fingerprint any user whether they use a certain amount of extension or not. Millions of people use Chrome+uBO+Google Docs Offline. There's nothing to be worried about. Browsing internet comfortably is more important.

Update: Removed Kaspersky IS. (Not going to use AV's anymore from 2023 not even windows defender) Only using Windows's own FW.

Might I suggest enabling "Windows Sandbox" in the "add/remove Windows features" dialog? That lets you quickly jump into an amnesiac Windows install that you can do untrusted stuff on. Also you may want to consider using a Linux virtual machine for analyzing malware since you listed that as one of the things you do.
