Found it. Is the ESET being tested the latest v18?
And are there any test for impact on computer performance? I would like to know which one is the lightweight AV between ESET and Kaspersky.

We always test on the latest versions - once a day files of each AV and signatures are updated + browser and browser' addons.

Not once before the test and new versions are frozen - this does not occur in our tests.

Full methodology of the Advanced In-The-Wild Malware Test and other information about this test are here: Advanced In-The-Wild Malware Test » AVLab Cybersecurity Foundation

We do not check the performance, so I cannot tell you how or whether the new Eset 18 is. BUT we do not observed any problems with Eset, with its automation our backend.

You'd be hard push to notice any real impact between the two.

Majority say ESET is lighter and yeah, it probably is, but again, not to the point where it's noticeable. If that makes sense?

ESET will most likely be slightly lighter. However, you probably wouldn't notice too much difference between the two. As always, the best way to test performance, is try both products for yourself, as antivirus performance can vary greatly from one computer to the next.

I prefer Kaspersky but currently trying ESET smart premium trial and found it lighter than Kaspersky.
