Is my current config safe enough without installing cyberlock?
Regarding Real-time security software, you are safe enough even without CyberLock, but you can use it as 2nd layer of protection if you like to have "file reputation" and more advanced protection features by CyberLock.

But I would re-consider your "Log-in security" what looks like "Disabled" that's for sure unsafe even if you are the only one who does use your PC ;)

May I recommend a "sfc /scannow" followed by a "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" to fix all the files in your system that are more than likely damaged from all the installation and removal involved here.

Should this be performed after a Macrium Reflect image recovery or only if multiple softwares are being un/installed daily?

installed Symantec endpoint security
Harmony Endpoint by Check Point
Gone back to Kaspersky
gone back to Harmony Endpoint
moved to eset smart security premium version 17 with cyberlock pro autopilot

@carl fish's digital battlefield raged on... ;)

Symantec Endpoint Security stood guard, but the enemy struck back with relentless force.

I switched to Harmony Endpoint by Check Point, but the battle intensified and the cyber threats multiplied.

I sought the familiar embrace of Kaspersky, but the dance with the enemy continued.

I returned to Harmony Endpoint, but the war had taken its toll, leaving scars in my digital realm.

I summoned the power of ESET Smart Security Premium and CyberLock Pro AutoPilot; victory seemed within reach, but the enemy's resilience proved formidable.

My journey continues... seeking the perfect armor for my digital existence! 🤣

That constant security solution changing every few days is crazy, also ESET SSP + CyberLock I would say maybe a bit overkill if You know how to setup ESET properly.
Learning what triggers OP to switch between several security solution on the daily would be good to find out. Is it a harmless cookie file detection, or something more serious such as a 1% CPU spike.
