Yes, to be honest I do not see better alternatives.
Its reliability depends on the fact that it is not very deep in the analysis. I hope that the uninstaller module to be improved with the management of leftovers and this could avoid the use of other apps but it is not really a problem.

New installer since version 5.19.5633 - Released: 06 Jul 2016

Old installer was available in 5.18.5607 - Released: 02 Jun 2016

I just updated the free version but I'm not seeing Vivaldi .

Maybe it's only included in the Pro version ?
