Solved Chome Not Loading & When I Try To End Process It Says Access Denied

Hello,

My issue was resolved with Adw, but I've found and removed things with other software only to still have the virus so I'm looking for some assistance in making sure I've got it all. This is not my computer, but my Grandparents computer and I'm assisting with fixing it.

I understand you are volunteers and I just want to say I appreciate any help I do receive.
