Chrome 59.0.3071.125 for Android Update

Chrome for Android has been updated to version 59.0.3071.125; the update will be available in Google Play over the next few days. A list of all Chromium changes in this build can be found here. We apologize for shipping another release so soon after the last; we discovered a new crash in the Android System WebView that is addressed in this update.

Best update ever because it includes a nice finished version of the Chrome Home feature which is the *only* way to use the browser on a phone without playing stretch-hand games
