Solved Chrome Browser Malware and Adware

Hi Guys,

I have Adware and Malware on my Google Chrome browser. Every time I open the Google Chrome browser, I get pop ups

Could someone please advice me on how to remove these adware and malware?, also please advice me how to avoid these in the future

1.Use Adware cleaner and scan with malwarebytes to remove any nasty adware
2.also reset you chrome browser to remove any hijacked setting
