Chrome.exe 32 - Tried everything - wont go

I don't click on or download unknown files posted to forums, so you'll have to give an explanation of what is going on and what you need. Also, this should be posted in one of the Software subforums instead of here. This part is for just saying hello and such

Edit: If you're just needing help removing a legitimate copy of the Chrome browser, using something like IOBit Uninstall will get rid of the tons of leftovers Chrome has a habit of leaving behind.
