Is that recommendation based on your own personal experience?

To be honest I don't use it personally, I prefer to use Hard_Configurator Tools instead with Microsoft Defender, I used DefenderUI before, and it is easier, you can find threads here in the forum about both products and get more opinion about recommendations.
