Solved Chrome.exe keeps coming back after ending task

Tried ccleaner and anti-rootkit to remove chrome.exe but failed.

Solved. Started windows 10 on safe mode and deleted the google paste. After this I could finally install google chrome without the chrome.exe aplicattion on the background.
