Every time I try to access an https website in chrome from one of my computers I get a certificate error and the https has a red line through it. I have another computer on the same network that is the same computer with the same AV and same settings that does not show this error when accessing the same websites. This error is only happening in chrome. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling chrome multiple times both before and after running scans. I've ran various scans including AdwCleaner, Junkware Removal Tool, and many others, but this https error still persists!
