Chrono Download Manager is currently in Beta.

For those using it, does it work with SafeBrowsing to flag malicious or suspicious downloads?

Thanks for sharing, however, I'm starting to prefer desktop-based download managers such as DownloadNinja, they're better for larger downloads when a Torrent option isn't available. Also I don't use the browser all the time, when starting Windows, so the DM works in the background whilst working with other programs.

3rd party stand alone download managers were great back when you had dial up or dsl. But completely unnecessary in today's world. And I download tons of stuff daily.
