Hello,

Yes, you did it good.

This fix was created for this user for use on that particular machine.

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Press the Fix button just once and wait.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.

  • Click Scan.
  • When finished, please click Cleaning.
  • Your PC should reboot now.
  • After reboot, logfile will be opened. Copy its content into your next reply.

Thank you for your help. You guys are AMAZING!
I did everything and also got the Hitmanpro.
I do however see the cleanupconsole still in the icon list of my taskbar.
It doesnt load up anymore, thank you again, but how can I delete that as it doesnt show anywhere on my computer?

One more question if I may... When or before the trial is over should I just continue with and pay the yearly protection?

I hope this is correct. I did not see the other Fixlog as it went to downloads. I am sorry, I honestly am very smart.
I know you probably cannot tell, but computers and this technical stuff seems to really confuse me.

I do however appreciate your patience and guidance through all of this, I do!
Thank you and if there's something else please let me know.

Respectfully,
Gypsy
