CloudScout infected - all solutions tested unsuccessfully

Despite several tools tests, (Adw CLeaner / MalwareBytes ANti-malware / HitmanPro...) the CloudScout persists and don't want to go away !! ...
It makes me mad ! .. so if you can do something for me i'll appreciate ... thanks a lot for your help ...
