Solved CMD opening and closing

I have not seen the name of the command prompt pop-ups because it is only there for a split second, 2-3 happen on startup usually, and there is usually 1-2 popping up throughout the day, i was playing a game in this time and when it popped up it minimized my game but the cmd prompt lasted for like a millisecond after it minimized my game. Is this malware and even if it is not how can I stop this? For the past week also if i play games it minimizes it which annoys me a lot.

Fix with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

This fix was created for this user for use on that particular machine.

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

• Right-click on
  
  icon and select
  
  Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
• Press the Fix button just once and wait.
• If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
• When finishes FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please download Zemana AntiMalware and save it to your Desktop.

• Install the program and once the installation is complete it will start automatically.
• Without changing any options, press Scan to begin.
• After the short scan is finished, if threats are detected press Next to remove them.

Note: If restart is required to finish the cleaning process, you should click Reboot. If reboot isn't required, please restart your computer manually.​

• Open Zemana AntiMalware again.
• Click on
  
  icon and double click the latest report.
• Now click File > Save As and choose your Desktop before pressing Save.
• The only left thing is to attach saved report in your next message.

My PC was found clean, the CMD's are still popping up also, they happened a few more times today.

Please download Process Monitor >> Process Monitor

• Unpack it and start Procmon.exe
• Click Filter >> Filter and then set like on the image:
  
  
• Keep Process Monitor active or minimized. When CMD pop up again, click File >> Save and click OK. Saved report will be in Process Monitor folder.

Sorry for the late response but after using ProccessMonitor for about 3 hours, my memory usage started climbing so high where my computer froze and nearly crashed.

No I did not have a CMD popup, but after my PC crashed and I didn't start it back up more CMD's came up about an hour or two later.

I do know what that is, but I do not need it anymore. It will not let me uninstall it, it says invalid uninstall control file.

• Wait until the database is updated.
• Click Scan.
• When finished, please click Cleaning.
• Your PC should reboot now.
• After reboot, logfile will be opened. Copy its content into your next reply.
