Apologies for tagging onto the post, but I have been having the exact same type of cmd popups ever since downloading a file infected with a mail.ru malware/adware (im not well versed in this stuff). I immediately deleted said file and have managed to remove all traces of the mail.ru (at least I hope so), but now I am getting the same cmd popups serveral times a day attempting to upload a file I think. My current trial of Malwarebytes premium has been blocking the outbound connection for now, but it is due to run out soon. I have run many malware and rootkit scans and they have all come up clean. I probably should be making my own post, but I figured I would ask here first since im having the exact same issue. Thanks in advance.
