Don't put filter this time. Log everything and when cmd thing happens, save logfile and upload it.

Can you open Task Scheduler and see if some task is calling command prompt?

I don't see anything with cmd.exe or command promt when i ctrl find. I wonder what in the world is causing this. I honestly appreciate you for sticking this out with me as long as you have haha.

sorry to double post, but i've also scrolled through it a bit. It's a lot of stuff to look through, but yeah.. no signs of cmd.

Then I really don't know what is causing this behavior. I could probably see it if there is a process monitor report, but since it is too big, that doesn't work for us.
