I have run Norton internet security, no findings, and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, again, no findings.
COM Surrogate and disnoted (32 bit) high CPU usage

COM Surrogate isn't malware and having *32 next to processes is perfectly normal on every 64-bit machine.
I suggest to uninstall these programs:
Advanced SystemCare 10 (HKLM-x32\...\Advanced SystemCare_is1) (Version: 10.1.0 - IObit)
Amazon 1Button App (HKLM-x32\...\{0A7D6F3C-F2AB-48ED-BE23-99791BFF87D6}) (Version: 1.0.0.4 - Amazon) <==== ATTENTION
IObit Uninstaller (HKLM-x32\...\IObitUninstall) (Version: 6.1.0.510 - IObit)
