COM Surrogate dllhost Malaware issue on Window 8

I don't think so, it is one of Windows components. Do you have some problems or you're just bothered by this showing in Task Manager?

I do have some issue, since it started opening more than once at the time , my disk resources is always between 70% to 100% even when im doing nothing, wich is causing my pc to freeze , and im also having a very hard time operating anything that is "Windows" software related. I cant watch any online video anymore.
