Command Center wants to make changes to my computer, can't click no

A few seconds after logging into my computer, I receive this message:

Do you want the following program to make changes to you computer?

It's from Command Center and the file origin is from my Hard Drive. When I show info about the publisher's certificate it says that it's "ok" and show that it came from microsoft root authority. The validity of it expired in 2011. If I click on yes the message goes away until the next time i log onto my computer.

However, if I click on no instead of yes the message almost instantly pops up again. If I click on the x in the corner, the message goes away for about 2 seconds and comes right back. I can ctrl alt delete and open task manager, which gets rid of the message for few seconds only for it to come back in the taskbar. It stays there until I click yes.

I'm afraid that this is malware and that it's affecting my computer a lot. For example my CPU and network usage spikes randomly and it seems like my computer is slower than usual. Recently I've been having a lot of trouble with malware infection and I have been following these steps to delete it however I am wary about Junkware Removal Tool and stopped at step 7. How to easily clean an infected computer (Malware Removal Guide) AdwareCleaner always becomes unresponsive and crashes during browser cleanup, but all found plugins and adware are still moved to the quarantine.

If I anyone is able to help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

They call me TwinHeadedEagle around here, and I'll be working with you.

Before we start please read and note the following:
  • At the top of your post, please click on the "Watch thread" button and make sure to check Watch this thread...and receive email notifications. This will send an email to you as soon as I reply to your topic, allowing me to solve your problem faster.
  • Please do not install any new software during the cleaning process other than the tools I provide for you. This can hinder the cleaning process. Please do not perform System Restore or any other restore.
  • Instructions I give to you are very simple and made for complete beginner to follow. That's why you need to read through my instructions carefully and completely before executing them.
  • Please do not run any tools other than the ones I ask you to, when I ask you to. Some of these tools can be very dangerous if used improperly. Also, if you use a tool that I have not requested you use, it can cause false positives, thereby delaying the complete cleaning of your machine.
  • All tools we use here are completely clean and do not contain any malware. If your antivirus detects them as malicious, please disable your antivirus and then continue.
  • If during the process you run across anything that is not in my instructions, please stop and ask. If any tool is running too much time (few hours), please stop and inform me.
  • I visit forum several times at day, making sure to respond to everyone's topic as fast as possible. But bear in mind that I have private life like everyone and I cannot be here 24/7. So please be patient with me. Also, some infections require less, and some more time to be removed completely, so bear this in mind and be patient.
  • Please stay with me until the end of all steps and procedures and I declare your system clean. Just because there is a lack of symptoms does not indicate a clean machine. If you solved your problem yourself, set aside two minutes to let me know.
  • Please attach all report using
    fjqb1h.png
button below. Doing this, you make it easier for me to analyze and fix your problem.

  • If I don't hear from you within 3 days from this initial or any subsequent post, then this thread will be closed.

Multiple Resident Protection warning!

Always have one (and no more than one!) AntiVirus program! In this case having more of them will not provide you with better protection - instead they may cause slowness, lock-ups and even mark another ones as harmful, leading to leave your system unstable and even damaged. Please choose only one from the listed below to stay with and uninstall the others:
  • avast! Antivirus
  • AVG Internet Security 2014
Uninstallation procedure:
  • Press the
    WindowsKey.png
+ R on your keyboard at the same time. Type appwiz.cpl and click OK.
  • Search for each uninstalled entry, right-click it and select Uninstall.
This should be done until any other steps will be taken.

Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).

  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.

I have viruses contained in the avast virus chest and in the avg vault. I'm planning on sticking with avg and deleting avast, but I'm not sure if any of these files that are infected are vital to my computer or if I can delete them all. viruses in avast chest.png Avg viruses vault.png

I opened the FRST tool and clicked the fix button about twenty minutes ago and right away this folder called FRST-OlderVersion popped up. Other than that, nothing happened. Is this supposed to take this long? I made sure to only click fix once.frst.png

I'm not sure if this would help or not: I tried to shut down my computer last night and it took a very long time to shutdown, until it finally bluescreened. There were a few options and I chose to repair and restart my computer. Once it restarted there a crash message. I copied its text into a notepad file and I also took a screenshot of it. (this was hours before I performed the fix and mbam scan)Bluescreen during long shutdown.png

That is not important, just a simple crash. Tell me how is your PC now? I do not see malware.

Message you get is from Alienware Command Center and it is not a virus.

There are still huge spikes in network and disk usage and the cpu usage is still very high. I have screenshots of what it looks like before accepting the command center prompt and after. I originally thought that the message was from the command center, but I don't know why it would not allow me to click no.stilllotsofusagespikes.png huge spikes in disc usage.png network spikes.png after accepting to make changes, still usage spikes.png
