Check this - https://www.surfwindows.com/usoclient-exe/ here you will get the solution of your problem. If you don't want it then try these steps:

1. Open Run windows
2. Type gpedit.msc and open Local Group Policy Editor
3. Then, in the Task Scheduler Library open UpdateOrchestrator
4. Now, open Schedule Scan
5. Then Disable Schedule Scan
6. Close the Local Group Policy Editor and restart your system. Hope this will remove the error.
