No. Even with it checked, a wide open hole exists in the firewall for all IPv6 traffic.
The IPv6 hole is an old known bug, repeatedly reported in the past, and it continues to be reported today.
There are other serious holes in the firewall.
Also, there is a complete lack of modernization in the firewall, for example, Windows services cannot be filtered in a customized way, just as svchost cannot be customized. That is because all the software is frozen in the time machine, where 20 years ago such customizations were not necessary. But in the last years, there are hundreds of malwares that use and abuse Windows services or svchost etc, Comodo does not identify them, and (by default) allows them by confusing them with Windows connections.
