Funny and well crafted, though, IMO. Humor to get a point across? There might be some "slight" exaggerations in this ... what is it? A test? Review? LOL Love Comodo, but this is over the top.

It's protecting you. If you can't get online, you can't be infected. Makes perfect sense. I did experience the same thing in one of the versions of CFW. Don't recall which one. It was a long time ago.Hell yeah! This thread changed my life, it is the most technical review and presentation I ever saw, very tek indeed, deep and full of irrefutable evidences and proofs... I lived in sin, but now "I saw the light"! Say amen!
I downloaded Comodo, but I am struggling with the typical BSOD... nothing to worry about, as the technical thread explains, it's just part of the charm of this "Protector Diva"

You are being objective. KudosThere might be some "slight" exaggerations in this ... what is it? A test? Review? LOL Love Comodo, but this is over the top.
They probably do. But a firewall nowadays and containment simply don’t cut it anymore. The string of reviews on the 2nd page are valid, but only one just barely mentions the firewall. They all focus on the antivirus feature which everyone who owns a computer knows is almost useless. Do the reviewers not understand Comodo's Firewall, or not know how to set it up?
Exactly you mean these reviews show Comodo doesn`t have great av signatures, phishing and web protection?? Well who doesnt know that?Is there anything in these reviews that you didn't already know? ( I hope your post is satire.) I doubt it. Its going overboard and most are getting tired of it.
Maybe you could crawl back into your linux bubble and not vex yourself with windows concerns ?You Can stop following this post and then you do not have to read it and will not be tired of it. Simple suggestion but very effective!
If I wanted her mentioned, I would have done it myself by now. Cruelsister does not initiate this parade and does not participate in it. It’s other people doing it.See, Trident, I knew you were hoping somebody would mention her

Do people turn their heads when they see a car crash? You Can stop following this post and then you do not have to read it and will not be tired of it. Simple suggestion but very effective!

And Panda with ForgottenSeer 58943's settingsAll this discussion about Comodo reminded me a few years back in this forum when we were discussing Umbra Antivirus. The only solution in the market that could go back in time and eliminate the virus while the source code was still being written. It was later upgraded and deleted the virus autor(s) as well
Panda has literally no settings. The only valuable setting is turning application control on, but it generates a lot of alerts, leading to fatigue. This is the problem with alerts and user dependent solutions, when the alert is always there, it’s not meaningful anymore. And Panda with ForgottenSeer 58943's settings
If you want to use AVG, opt for the Internet Security version. First it is cheap. Second, it will not keep nagging you.Kidding aside, I actually have been looking at other solutions, should Comodo Firewall ever fail me. At my age, pushing 79, I figure I've only got 25 or 30 years left, so still have a little time. I think AVG free might be the way. It always rates high, IF you believe the tests.
Only if Comodo fails. I don't foresee that happening, but in today's world, you never know.If you want to use AVG, opt for the Internet Security version. First it is cheap. Second, it will not keep nagging you.
