Comodo forums & Protonmail down today?

I am not able to access both. I get unable to connect.

I used VPN with UK server & am able to access Comodo forums & Protonmail both.

Why am I not able to access both normally today?

They do made it slow for you, may be your criticism points are still under control & so not completely blocked

I am from India And still not able to access Comodo forums & Protonmail today. BUT if I use VPN & select INDIA server, I am able to access both the sites.

Why not normally BUT with VPN/INDIA server? Isn't it strange?

Maybe your isp dns is bad? Try google dns.

I have been able to access my Protonmail all day.
