Jack said:Not really a big fan of this new 'pop-ups' but I can understand that COMODO is trying to get some money and we do have at least the 'Do not show again' option........
TrustConnect and GeekBuddy are two very hard to sell products as the majority of COMODO users are medium or advanced so they don't need to pay for this services......
Also I would like to see a opt-in COMODO Dragon and COMODO GeekBuddy rather than an opt-out........or at least COMODO should put this options in the main window of the installer and not hide them in 'Custom Install'......
Yes, I think the custom install options need to be much more obvious in the installer. And as I've already mentioned, I don't think Dragon should be included in the installer. I don't have a problem with the installer asking if the user would like to download and install the browser, but the installer doesn't need any added bloat...
Which popups are you talking about Jack? The sandbox popups were supposed to be removed, so I assumed the initial D+ popup would be as well. Does it still exist? I just barely installed the public release and haven't had a D+ event yet.
I really don't like this warning every time you try to access the D+ Computer Security Policy. I can understand once with an option to never show it again, but every time?
