We are pleased to announce release of Comodo Internet Security v10.0.1.6258.

Thank you all for all the feedback with last related RC version.

Fixes:
- Stability fixes with respect to HTTPS browsing in Edge browser
- Even though you had latest v6254, you still had seen updates for iseupdate, it should not happen now.
- Reported cmdagent crash is fixed

Changes:
- Geek Buddy product is not selected by default for installation in Components section. Geek Buddy will be removed completely from CIS package in next release.

Im pretty sure they dont make enough money for it to still delovp it. I hve never seen someone using geekbuddy when they have installed comodo.

--Is there a way to not install the AV module from that installer? There is no more offline installer for the firewall module and I just need the "firewall module"...

They don't have offline installer for just firewall. But after installation, go to the regular Windows "uninstall program", and choose "modify", and you can get rid of the AV.

It is a very bad AV, but a very good advanced protection tool, if you configure and use it properly.

Ah! I wish i had known this earlier. I tried the new Comodo and uninstalled exactly because i was disgusted when i saw i had to live with the antivirus too. I will try it next time. Thanks...
