Computer is getting super slow, multiple chrome.exe*32

So it's been a week and my laptop is getting slower
programmes like winservice86, anyprotect, remote desktop acces
are still on my pc even though I uninstall them
my ram and cpu are 100% and there are plenty chrome.exe*32
I can barely scroll down when online that's why I am writing through my phone
