Computer/network has spyware or possibly multiple malware issues x 2 years now

I have had massive technical issues for approximately two years now, (spyware or malware related, leaning more towards spyware) doesn't matter if I buy a new computer or a new modem or router. Somehow my operating system gets compromised and remote or virtual drives and users get turned on. Groups get enabled and the system administrator gets disabled and renamed. Currently my computer thinks it is enterprise software and that I do not have permission to do a lot of things. I have to try to take permission when I need to do anything. Printers, usb drives, anything I plug into the Surface pro 3 Try to take over. The printer is a server and turns on whenever it wants.
If anyone can help I am more than willing to donate.
I have uploaded three files from FRST tool.

Before we start please read and note the following:

  • Please stay with me until the end of all steps and procedures and I declare your system clean. Just because there is a lack of symptoms does not indicate a clean machine. If you solved your problem yourself, set aside two minutes to let me know.

  • Do not ask for help for your business PC. Companies are making revenue via computers, so it is good thing to pay for the repair.

That being told, if any evidence of illegal OS, software, cracks/keygens or any other will be revealed, any further assistance will be suspended. If you are aware that there is this kind of stuff on your machine, remove it before proceeding!
The same applies to any use of P2P software: uTorrent, BitTorrent, Vuze, Kazaa, Ares... We don't provide any help for P2P, except for their removal. All P2P software has to be uninstalled or at least fully disabled before proceeding!

What do you mean by "This problem seems to go to my phone also"?
 
I seem to have spyware on my IPhone also, not positive however Its almost like parental rules or some sort of software that blocks me from certain sites etc if I try to browse on my phone. When I tried to change and delete from using icloud the phone wouldn't let me delete it. I had to reset the phone to remove it. It also wouldn't let me add email. I wont pretend to know anything about it but in looking at the diagnostic logs (there are many daily) I have some that talk about watchdog, some that are talking about remote url loading and I have one that is awdd then the date, and numbers etc that is in my error logs at least five or more times a day.

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
    Run as Administrator to start the tool.
    (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Make sure that Addition option is checked.
  • Press Scan button and wait.
  • The tool will produce two logfiles on your desktop: FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
Please include their content into your next reply.
