I think there is still some issues on this computer. I help Seniors with their computer problems and this gentleman is 80 and just went to some wrong places I think. here are the uploads of FIRST. let me know if I need to do anything more to fix it.
Oh and one weird issue when we try to log into outlook mail it asks to have an email connected when we put in the email it says it is already there...so I am not sure what is causing that. But one thing at a time
