Configuration - Evaluation - Malware

Hi! I have bought and setup this computer a year ago but my internet connection has alweays been slow despite a hight debit internet connection.
Also, some days ago i go hooked with - Not this site ads - LyricSong - it seems to be a malware but can't find or erase it excepst as an extension in Chrome or I got it out of my configaration but it still there.
Also, I think it is a good idea to get an evaluation by some expert, or at least, people who know more than I.
