We do have
0.000405405405405405%, not 0.00000405405% because 30,000/7,400,000,000 is 0.00000405405 and you multiply by 100 to get the percent so you have 0.000405405405405%. Multiply 0.00000405 by 1,000,000, however, because the 0.000405 is a percentage and 0.00000405 is a decimal. So in fact we are both half right.
