I'm not sure why you add Avira to your on demand scanner? (Surely you know well about MBAM and HMP as Scanners)

For Chrome extension, highly suggested to add adblocker like Adguard, Adblock Plus or Ublock. (choose one only)

Advise to take precautionary measures through clicking matters since you are been known infected by less than 3 months ago.

Nice config.
I also have to agree with jamescv7 recommendations.
I just want to suggest a password manager like LastPass to secure your passwords when you are online.
