Agree... If you have to do this when your kids are of that age, you have already lost the parenting game. Values and respect are developed early in life, and as a child progressively understands values and takes responsibility for their actions, their boundaries are extended. Aggressively trying to throttle a teenager is too much too late.

I disagree. If you manage your kids accounts and check their phones until they're 19 like suggested somewhere in this thread, you'll 95% sure face innapropiate photos on the sent to their girlfriends/boyfriends, personal pictures, and beyond stuff that is totally normal on a TEENAGER nowadays and that you should certainly not be looking at, no matter they're your kids.

Why the hell would I check their accounts when they're +18? That is illegal here in the first place.
