Cosmic Panda on YouTube

YouTube is apparently developing a new layout far different from anything before. Although it's not forced to be used by default yet, you can try it out by visiting the link bellow, of course, you are able to switch back to normal by visiting the same page.

So what do you guys think of the new layout?

I haven't voted yet, since the changes are drastic. I might vote after a few days.

Yes, changes are very drastic compared to the past layout changes. Channels are customized by choosing a template, each making it look slightly different. Avatar's now appear next to comments on a video page and it seems that partners no longer have banners (at least on the channel page). Those are just a few changes, there's a lot more.

Seems a bit ok, probably it will change in the future since its a new and beta.

I like how you can go to your channel and the video continues to play at the top of the screen (without reloading the page).

My personal opinion on Cosmic Panda is that it is a great new re-design, making everything look a lot more professional and clean. However, customization seems to be a little lacking, but once YouTube allows better channels and personal design, Cosmic Panda is set to take over YouTube.
However, it is being widely said it is similar to a Porn website, PornHub (I personally do not know as I would never go on websites such as that)

Yeah, I noticed something like that too, not that I would know
I just don't like the fact they took away banners from partner channels and maybe the total redesign wasn't needed.

The banner thing will probably be added after it's finally been finished. I still like the new player, but the channels could have been made better.
Oh well, I got used to the homepage, think how much easier this is
