Could a cleaning utility delete ringtone in our Android smartphones? I'm asking this upon wired condition which was faced my friend recently. After activating CCleaner Professional Pro on his smartphone, he has lost his ring tone..BTW, I exactly don't know if this ring tone is a custom tone or default tone. Technically, default ringtones cannot be deleted without root access, As I know..If so, this utility might have rooted the device anyway.Has some one the same experience while using a cleaning utility? Personally, I haven't installed such an utility since I'm not in need of such an utility yet. If someone could shed a spotlight, it would be really helpful
