Consider some type of system & data backup solution.
Consider adding HTTPS Everywhere to Chrome & FF and Privacy Badger to Chrome
I would remove Glary & ASC in favor of just CCleaner.
I would also consider migrating to Windows 10.

Consider to put UAC at default, i dont believe you have display issues.

Glary utilities is a good software that has a lot of optimization tools and ASC helped my PC speed up by disabling useless services and settings
My PC is not for Windows 10 it's too old and also I do not like windows 10.
