Unfortunately the realtime protection is very buggy, I sometimes need to restart the application because it stops scanning new files.

I suspect it could be related to the limits of the API key, does the program wait a minute when it reaches 10 requests?

Can you please confirm if your reported issue is fixed with latest 3.5.0.97 Beta version.

Maybe you already tried the following way but just in case:

1. Go to Settings 2. Check "Shell integration" 3. Click "Apply" 4. Wait a moment..
.. and try right-click - any file or folder.. you should see "Analyze with Crystal Security".

Please let me know. If still no context-menu then please specify your OS and architecture (32 or 64-bit).

Oh, missed that.. Sorry. Can you please try to Reset settings? Then .vbs extension should be listed under Protection file types.
1. Go to Settings 2. Click "Reset" 3. Click "Apply".

Actually it depends, you may see some conflicts between two products but I personally tested Crystal Security with Microsoft Security Essentials/Windows Defender, Avast Free Antivirus and ESET Smart Security without any problems.

If you see any error, then please try to disable Self-protection or disable another active security program.
