In WIndows 10, When ever you click on something then a blue round circle rotates but Currently In My system, when I click on anything then a Old Sand Clock Starts Showing Up! That irritates me! Please Help!

Maybe try this. Control Panel > mouse > Pointers and select the drop-down menu for "schemes". then select the Windows default (system scheme).
