Hello,
I know this is CyberLock thread but where can I find the auto-update button for DefenderUI ? Maybe I'm missing something but I can't find it.
*edited* It doesn't matter. I exited from DefenderUI then I restarted it. After that it automatically updated to 2.10 version.
Yes, it's usually checked on restart or you can just download the latest version and run it.

Yeah, there is not an update check feature, it is all automatic, thank you!

One of the main reasons I am developing Secure Helper is to explore new ways we can create new types of prompts for CyberLock so that we can make it even more user friendly. The other night I had an idea for a Security Snapshot feature, and I added it to Secure Helper already, and I am thinking about maybe adding it to CyberLock and our other products as well. If you get a chance, please try the new Security Snapshot feature in Secure Helper and let me know if you think it is a good idea to add it to CyberLock as well, thank you!

I am of the opinion that Secure Helper should be a separate program. I feel that CyberLock, for example, should not be overloaded with additional functions. CyberLock was intended to remain a lean program.

I agree, we need to keep CyberLock lean and light, but this would only add around 500 lines of code (which is nothing), and it would not run in real-time, so it would not slow anything down at all. I am thinking more in terms of a system scan in addition to SiriusGPT... I think that would be pretty cool. Especially since it is so light and will have zero impact on performance. Please try the Security Snapshot in Secure Helper, I think you will see what I mean.

Having problems installing Adguard windows program with cyberlock installed :(

I get this error: Fatal error during installation
Thank you for finding this, I was able to reproduce this and it will be fixed for the next version. As @simmerskool suggested, Disable / Install mode should work, if not just exit out of CyberLock and install Adguard then start CyberLock again.

BTW, the new version of CyberLock has some pretty significant new optimizations. The Attack Chains are now highly optimized and we have a brand new driver, as soon as Microsoft signs it, which should only take a few more days. Everything is ready, we just have to wait until Microsoft signs the new driver and then I will post the latest version.

You're welcome.

Thank you as well! I do not mind waiting at all.

BTW, the new driver is BypassIO compatible as well. I am also updating the Web Management Console while waiting for the driver to be signed. I am removing the WhitelistCloud and old VoodooAi and replacing it with Sirius, and fixing a couple of small bugs. The Web Management Console is always the last thing to get updated since very few people need to use it... but now is a good time for me to update it.

Under SiriusGPT when it show as not safe, just right click it and then click Whitelist on the popup.
When I go to the SiriusGPT red circle and right click and go to Cyberlock Settings and then go to Whitelist and then find the unsafe items and right click, the only option that I see is "delete".

Do not go to Settings > Whitelist, but rather go to SiriusGPT in settings and right-click to whitelist the item you want to mark safe.

BTW, I disable the "Show SiriusGPT Tray Icon", and at the bottom of the page I select "Disable SiriusGPT Real-time Scan". IMO these are useless for knowledgeable users.

If you go to the SiriusGPT tab and click the File Name of the item, CyberLock will display a box that has some buttons on it, and you can whitelist the item there, The Whitelist tab only has the option to Delete, just in case Sirius is not enabled. Thank you!

I fully understand that a lot of people do not like AI for one reason or another, but I have to strongly disagree with you on this one. Sirius has amazing file insight... ESPECIALLY for knowledge users... I read the Sirius Analysis reports all of the time and always find very helpful into about the file.

I think it is unfortunate that just because some people have an aversion to AI, that they automatically assume that all AI is bad or slop. I agree, there are tons of AI implementations that are total slop and simply should not exist... it is basically used as a money making scheme. I actually get highly offended when I see AI applied to things that it should not be applied to because it give the good implementations a bad name. The key is to implement AI in small doses and do not scream from the rooftop that your product uses AI.

Of course I am biased here, but in my opinion, Sirius is one of the better AI implementations that fit its use case, I have ever seen. I read the other day, I believe on MT, a comment that was something like "Sirius is AI done right". I could not agree more.

If you are dissing Sirius just because you do not like AI, you are really, really, really missing out on everything that it offers.
