Also using Windows 10 Disk Defrag's TRIM, not only for a traditional SSD but for the NVMe. I use it very sparingly anyway; no need for a third party (for me).
But even if you want to use Defraggler, I don't think you need the paid version. The only difference with the free version is automatic updates. As the last update was released in March 2016, that's not worth it IMHO.
I have purchased Ccleaner Professional plus package, so I am not uninstalling anything, but I have Trimmed my SSD with Smart Defrag Professional, and that went well.
