I contacted Norton and they remotely accessed my computer to look at what is going on and they downloaded a bunch of files and said their engineers have to look at this and figure out a solution. I was not very impressed by Norton. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

- Right-click on
icon and select
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
- Accept the disclaimer and agree if prompted to install Recovery Console.
- Do not take any actions while ComboFix goes through your System - it may cause it to stall!
- This scan may take some time!
- When finished - it will display a logfile (located also on your main drive, usually C:\ComboFix.txt).
Include that log in your next reply.

Yes. Have been on for about 30 minutes and watching the Task Manager the whole time. Nothing. This is great. Thank you for your help with this.
I have one other thing I wanted to ask though. I also noticed I have a "SVCHost.exe *32" and just read a post from March on this site about if it is not in the "System 32" folder, it is probably malware. I just checked and this is in a folder called "SysWOW64". Should I be concerned?

Post-cleanup procedures:
Download DelFix by Xplode and save it to your desktop.
- Run the tool by right click on the
icon and Run as administrator option.
- Make sure that these ones are checked:
- Remove disinfection tools
- Purge system restore
- Reset system settings
- Push Run and wait until the tool completes his work.
- All tools we used should be gone. Tool will create an report for you (C:\DelFix.txt)

I have another question. I just saw a "dllhost.exe com surrogate" process running but it didn't have the "*32" after the "dllhost.exe" name. It was not multiplying and the CPU was not going crazy. Is the "dlogistics.exe com surrogate" without the "*32" a normal process or is this still the virus?

PC seems clean, but let's clean some remnants:
Fix with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
This fix was created for this user for use on that particular machine.
Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.
Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:
Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

Just saw about 8 "dllhost.exe *32 com surrogate" processes running on the Task Manager. Only sites gone onto was Disney.com and IGN.com since the repair a couple of days ago.

I was on briefly yesterday and have been checking today. The "dllhost.exe com surrogate" popped up a couple of times yesterday but seemed to go away quickly. It did not multiply into multiple processes. The "dllhost.exe*32 com surrogate" did not pop up at all. The CPU has not been running like crazy either yesterday or today.
