Only one of the two user profiles on my windows 7 64 bit PC is affected by the dllhost.exe. I tried a few forum suggestions to corret with no success. I kill the process and it comes back every five minutes to the second. ANy suggestions?

I've been trying to fix my PC since Saturday.
I have a Dell Inspiron 17R
Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit
McAfee Livesafe - Internet Security
My problem is a dllhost.exe file is opening multiple files and consuming nearly 100% RAM
The dllhost.exe path is C:\\windows\SysWOW64
Only one of three user profiles is affected by this and it keeps changing the security status of IE11 and Outlook 2003.
When I kill the dllhost.exe Process Tree, it begins to open files again exactly five minutes after killing the process.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I took the liberty of running Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit and Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and have attached the log files for each program. I hope you can help.

No I haven't tried deleting the profile and will try that as a last resort. Thanks for responding. I'm going to try Dells chat support since it's still under warranty and quicker response time. This has been consuming all of my time and I could bite the head of a snake off at the moment. Once again, thanks for responding.
Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:
Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!
- Right-click on icon and select
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). - Press the Fix button just once and wait.
- If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
- When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.
Please attach it to your reply.
Fix with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
This fix was created for this user for use on that particular machine.
Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Here is the Fixlog file. I've been running the PC for 20 minutes after reboot and the dllhost.exe program has not opened. Do you happen know where or how my PC picked up this bug (download, pop-up, email, etc.)?

Download DelFix by Xplode and save it to your desktop.
- Run the tool by right click on the icon and Run as administrator option.
- Make sure that these ones are checked:
- Remove disinfection tools
- Purge system restore
- Reset system settings
- Push Run and wait until the tool completes his work.
- All tools we used should be gone. Tool will create an report for you (C:\DelFix.txt)
